2、 Working principle
This device adopts an electronic constant force speed control circuit, with direct digital display of the shaft speed, and is equipped with dispersed impellers and sand grinding discs. Can adapt to different experimental needs in the laboratory, and provide correct process data for large-scale production based on the relationship between the displayed shaft speed, material viscosity, and chemical reaction rate.
Under the high-speed drive of the motor, the dispersing head of this machine generates high linear velocity in the tangential direction. The material is subjected to strong hydraulic shear and high-frequency mechanical effects under the huge centrifugal force, causing the fluid material to withstand thousands of shear and high-frequency mechanical effects per minute, thereby achieving efficient mixing, dispersion, and homogenization.

4、 Main Structure
This machine is mainly composed of the following components:

5、 Installation
1. Fix the two clamps onto the bracket, secure the stainless steel cylinder, and ensure that the cylinder cover hole matches the motor shaft.
2. Connect the motor to the five pin aviation plug on the speed controller. (Pay attention to the direction of the gap)
3. Connect the ground wire properly
6、 Usage and maintenance
1. When using, fix the selected sand grinding disc or dispersing impeller to the shaft.
2. Adjust the high position of the shaft and capacity, lock the motor seat and container, place the material and cover the container lid.
3. Connect the power, turn on the switch, wait for the display screen to reset to zero, and then press the touch button to increase or decrease the desired speed.
4. This motor is a series excited motor, and sparks are generated by the brushes during rotation. It is not suitable for use in explosion-proof workshops.
5. It is not advisable to turn on the engine when the speed is greater than 4000r/min.
6. When the motor brush is less than 10mm, it should be replaced.

The intelligent motor high-speed controller adopts intelligent control technology to achieve stepless speed regulation for series connected motors. Applying digital PID technology, the control accuracy is high, the system structure is simple, stable and reliable.

The appearance of the chassis is: 195 wide x 70 high x 175 deep. The control system and motor (mechanical part) are separated from each other, and the two parts are connected by a five core cable. The back panel of the chassis is equipped with a five core socket and input/output fuses. The pins of the five core socket are defined as 1, 2, 3 for connecting photoelectric sensors and 4, 5 for connecting series motors. The other end of the five core cable is a photoelectric sensor. When connecting the cable, connect the two empty leads on the same end as the photoelectric sensor to the motor lead, plug them into the five core socket on the back panel of the chassis, and turn on the power to use them normally.
Operating instructions:

2. System self-test, the display window shows a decreasing count from "9" to "0". After the self-test is normal, you can adjust the motor speed by pressing the two operations on the panel.
3. Press the "↑" or "↓" keys, and the window will display the set speed value,
The motor rotation changes in real-time according to the value. When the set value reaches the desired motor speed, stop operating the keyboard, and after 2 seconds, the window will display the measured motor speed value:
4. When the experiment is completed and needs to be stopped, the "↓" key can be pressed to gradually reduce the set speed value to "0", and the motor will slowly stop running, or the power switch can be directly turned off.
Attention: The five pin socket behind the controller should be plugged in and out after turning off the power.
Common faults and troubleshooting:
1. Panel no display: If the motor switch indicator light is not on, please check if the power supply is normal.
2. Motor not turning: The output fuse (5A) is broken. Please replace it yourself. If the output fuse frequently burns out, please check if the motor load is too heavy and if there is any blockage in the rotating parts, and eliminate it.
3. The motor speed automatically reaches its maximum and cannot be controlled: First, check if the gap between the photoelectric sensors is too large. If the fault cannot be eliminated after the above checks, remove the photoelectric sensor, observe if there is too much dust in the sensor slot, clean it appropriately, and reinstall it correctly.
4. The speed is unstable and fluctuates too much: First, check whether the power supply voltage is relatively stable: whether the motor load fluctuates too much, whether the mixing head has suction phenomenon: slowly rotate the speed measuring disc by hand once, and observe whether the gap between the speed measuring disc and the photoelectric sensor is uniform.
